Welcome to the LSESU Law Society’s Pro Bono Division
We are very excited to organise events and opportunities for you in the 2023/24 academic year. The Pro Bono Division is made up of individuals committed to creating tangible change in our society and using their legal knowledge to help others. Our focus is, and has always been, on increasing access to justice for all.
Following the division’s successes in increasing awareness of pro bono work, our goal is to continue this and provide you with opportunities to give back to the community. No matter what career path you end up choosing, the skills pro bono equips you with will be invaluable along the way.
Our initiatives include the Street Law Programme, speaker events, and one-off volunteering opportunities. Please read more about these in the ‘Events and opportunities’ section.
Please follow our Instagram page here for updates to make sure you do not miss out on any speaker events, pro bono opportunities and more.
We cannot wait to see you at our events!
